Come For a Free Introductory Class
We offer a completely free introductory class for anyone interested in trying out our kickboxing classes. This no-obligation session is designed to give new members a fun, safe, and friendly introduction to our club, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, build confidence, or simply try something new, this session is the perfect first step. You’ll get a feel for our club atmosphere, meet our welcoming instructors, and learn the basics of our structured, equipment-based training — all with no sparring and no pressure.
During your free introductory class, you will:
- Be very welcome at the club
- Be introduced to the class format and basic kickboxing techniques
- Use pads to practise punches, kicks, and combinations
